Microsoft 365 Accounts

While using Excel I just saw a message that can be seen in the attachment. I am a little confused because it says I am only using 1 of 6 accounts I have in Microsoft 365. My confusion is because I have 6 computers using Microsoft 365. The only thing I can figure out is all 6 computers using Microsoft 365 are in my name. Does the message mean I could have five other people creating accounts using my Microsoft 365 subscription? Please see the attachment.
