from a few day when start my Win 2000 have the error in attached image!!!!

As far as I can tell, mcr_admin.exe is not a Windows file, so it probably belongs to one of the programs that start automatically with Windows.
Try the free utility WhatInStartup. It lists programs that start automatically, and lets you disable entries (the startup that is, not the programs themselves).
Hopefully you can find out which program causes the error.
