How long ago was the folder deleted?
How many files was in it?
Do you know what they were?

The longer it was since it was deleted, the more likely some or all were overwriten
You could try RECOVA ( google it ) and see what comes up. maybe you could get at least some files back.

Do you have a backup imager, like Acronis True Image? If so you could "mount" the drive that the folder ws in and copy the entire folder.
Lots of "ifs" in there Dave but you may luck out. Good luck!

RECOVA - that is Recuva. I'd download the portable version to a USB stick and run it from there; that way you won't overwrite the space of deleted files.
Best wishes,
Hans

Thanks for the replies, the instant I realized the folder had gone from my desktop I save nothing else so the space will not have been written over so maybe Recover will save me loads of time reconverting the files from MP4 to VTS. The main painful lessons learned are, don't delete converted files from the ConcertX folder too quick and don't use the Alt Del keys so much then info will be in the recycle bin. Thanx
