Corrupted user profile

By reading the instructions from http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/wind ... er-profile" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; does this mean that ALL user files including Outlook PST, documents, Pictures and etc will be copied from the old account to the new account?

I see the NOTE about Windows Mail, but what about Outlook 2003 pst and other outlook files?
