Wait a few days, then try again. If it still fails, there are some steps you can try.
Best wishes,

I found one Security Update on someone's PC which had failed on a weekly basis since February 2016!

A possible solution for failing updates is to delete everything in the C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution folder. You have to stop the Windows Update service first, and start it again afterwards. See How to rename or delete Software Distribution folder in Windows 10/8/7 for full instructions.
Best wishes,
Hans

As stated earlier, this has been posted on Microsoft Answers, the best they could suggest was to hide it.
Surprisingly updates on my Laptop are done first time almost, but succeed eventually.

I found advice to run System File Checker as an Admin and retry the update again. That's the one at the very top of my first post'a image. The second stage will appear later if this fails.
