Windows Media Encoder

Hello - I am trying to use, windows media encoder to capture screen and record Skype business calls.
When I save the file with WMV extension, I am able to hear my own voice but not from other party.
Able to capture screen and record call, able to hear my own voice but not able to hear the other voice.

Please help.

I don't know why Windows Media Recorder fails, but perhaps Free Video Call Recorder for Skype works better...

Downloaded the s/w.
but this does not give me record option.
Does it only work on personal Skype ID not on official id?

I'm afraid I have no experience with Free Video Call Recorder for Skype, sorry.
