Viewing the Time Out Clock
My computer goes to sleep in 15 minutes without any activity. Is there any gadget or way of seeing this countdown clock?
It takes 2 to tango; unless you speak binary; then it takes 10.

Re: Viewing the Time Out Clock
There are freeware timers that can put your computer to sleep or shut it down after a set period and that display a countdown on screen before the event occurs. I used one a long time ago to control auto logoffs on our family PC when my son was still a small kid. It was called PowerOff or something like that... What you can do then is set your Windows Power Settings to sleep after an hour, but the app in reference can intercept the power setting and sleep the PC in 30 minutes with a countdown on screen.
If you think this can work, I'll scan the web and see what I can come up with to suggest...

I haven't been able to find what you want; Idle Clock is the only utility that comes near.
Best wishes,

How about Sleep Timer.
The app is portable, so there is no install :)

Awesome you guys. I'll take a look at those and we'll see if anything works.

Here is another one that works well with a big display of time left before sleep...
See Final Countdown.
