Microsoft Fixit

Just used Microsoft 'Fixit' for the first time.

Friend called and said that his Windows Media Player was all messed up. Could not load song and albums and etc etc etc.

I walked him through to the site, found the right module and got him to run it.
Now it works!!

I don't know if it will be that easy every time, but I was most impressed.
Of course, a impresses me....

I only used a Microsoft Fixit twice, but both times it worked quickly and corrected the problem.
