Laptop Locked

I have a Lenovo Win 10 Laptop, an Asus Win 11 Laptop. Both show in my account's Devices. When I tried to add my new Asus Win 11 Laptop I inadvertantly locked it.

Is it connected to the internet?
Do you have a separate administrator account to sign in?

Hi JoeP, when clicking OK it shows 'welcome' for a few seconds then returns to my image.
Internet connection is OK
I am the only user of the laptop.
I got it back from the repair shop and will work on it later.
Is there any MS restriction on using 3 pc's all Home version?
I only use one at a time and shut it down when finished.

I'd ask the repair shop what they did to the PC.

AFAIK, there are no restrictions on the number of PCs using any version of Windows. Maybe I don't understand the question.

This sounds like the operating system on your laptop is some kind of corporate release, rather than a normal Windows Home edition.

The laptop was purchased from Curry's/PC World in March 2023.

I'd ask the repair shop what they did to the PC.

The repair shop told me they had done something like using a local account. (my memory is fading) Everything was removed including my Data D: partition. That is not a problem as I have a backup.
