Hello All, I found this in my Win 10 Control Panel. What should be done to it?

Re: What needs doing?
You don't need to do anything in Control Panel.
If you haven't already done so, remove or disable Flash Player in all your browsers.

Then there's nothing to worry about.
Microsoft has an update that removes Flash Player from Windows. It is currently only available for manual download (see Update for Removal of Adobe Flash Player), but it will be offered through Windows Update sometime this year (2021).

Re: What needs doing?
Thanks for that information. While Adobe's uninstaller took out the Flash program, it left behind a lot of files and folders that I could not delete due to TrustedInstaller permissions. The MS updates you found deleted them along with the Control Panel entry in the OP.HansV wrote: ↑05 Jan 2021, 15:28Then there's nothing to worry about.

Firefox 84.0.1 (64 bit) is my browser. I checked Add-ons and did not find Flash Player. Is there anything else I need to do to remove it?
It appears an a Control Panel option and as an app in CP > Programs and Features.

Re: What needs doing?
The version in All Control Panel Items is the version that Microsoft includes in Windows, for Internet Explorer and Edge. You can wait until Microsoft removes it in a future update or use the link in my previous reply.
I'd uninstall the version in Programs and Features.

Re: What needs doing?
Hans, my last visit was on 05 Jan @ 15.16. The 4 emails were all later and 'No more notifications will be sent until
you visit the topic.' does not seem to apply in this case. Could it be because I use my Win 10 Laptop and a Chromebook to read & reply???
