I hadn't previously come across Geek Uninstaller but it looks pretty good to me.
I had a problem with the Dell SupportAssist software on a Dell laptop. I had already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but no improvement.
I logged a call with Dell support and one of their staff used Geek Uninstaller in a remote session to uninstall the software and then reinstalled it and all worked again.

Re: Geek Uninstaller
I have this app stashed away in my portable apps folder. I've never used it as I have Revo-Unistaller installed on my PC.
Its great to know that it works as advertised though. It gives me confidence to try it out when the need arises.

I just find it annoying that I keep on reading this as Greek Uninstaller.

Re: Geek Uninstaller
I also prefer Revouninstaller, (portable version). Before removing anything, I look for its own uninstaller on the Start Menu.
I just d.l the latest version of Geek Uninstaller version 1.4.6.140

If it wasn't for bad luck I'd have NO luck at all.

I can help turning this into a Scuttle-thread by asking where all the geeks go (when they are uninstalled), Leif.Leif wrote:I just find it annoying that I keep on reading this as Greek Uninstaller.
