If you've ever had to logon to a remote desktop system and wanted to allow the other user session to still be active, here's a free program that can enable multiple concurrent sessions on Windows 7, Vista, & XP - Enable Concurrent Sessions on Windows 7, Windows Vista and Windows XP (Termsrv.dll) - Digiex.
NOTE: This program patches termsrv.dll. You'll have to ensure that the .ddl is re-patched when a fix of any kind that replaces termsrv.dll is released.

Re: multiple concurrent remote sessions
Joe - this would be extremely interesting to me
- if there was any mention of Windows Server 2008, and
- there had been updates since April last year.

Re: multiple concurrent remote sessions
I thought that concurrent sessions was a default feature of Windows Server. The software may not have changed but there a couple of recent posts that indicate people using it recently.
I do agree that you must be careful. Even though it says the software will backup termsrv.dll I would make any extra copy myself.
