I set up my previous desktop PC as a file server and stuck it in the guest bedroom, with a WiFi connection and no monitor. I just needed a way to run updates from my main desktop. I was having a lot of trouble getting Remote Desktop to display properly. My son-in-law recommended TightVNC as a replacement, and it's working flawlessly.

but i dont have permission to install anithing on remote PC, else in master pc i have a complete Admin permission

But i know the userid and password of remote PC. Is a second my pc

... we will be transferred for a short time in Bologna for work, and I have only a Bologna intranet connection.
So I would like to work with the second PC directly to Rome

As I wrote, this is not my field - I hope that someone else can tell you how to do this. You could ask your IT department of course.

TeamViewer free version will do it.
Also set permissions on the server to "share" the drives, folders, etc
