Hello,
Until someone else with more experience comes along to 'splains the process to you, I'll give it a shot. You will see User Control Panel at the top of these screens. Find the Profile tab > Edit Avatar tab >and follow the instructions on the screen. You can use an image from your own machine, or use an image from a URL which will copy the image to this site. Hope this helps~!

In your User Control Panel click on Profile, then choose Edit Avatar.
