Hi all

Sorry to be a numpty but I can't seem to be able to post descriptive links and instead I am copying and pasting website addresses instead of something meaningful, for example if I copy this post as follows and then highlight it and click URL above I get this

http://www.eileenslounge.com/posting.php?mode=post&f=12

wher as something like 'Descriptive Hyperlinks' would make more sense to a reader?

Leif recently posted a link to a nice addon if you're using Firefox: See His Post Here.

If not Firefox, see Pulling URLs » Windows Secrets Lounge

For ordinary URLs you can use the syntax
The BBC
which will appear in your post as The BBC

For lounge posts you use the syntax
[post=3686]Steve's Post about external links[/post]
which will appear in your post as Steve's Post about external links
