Admitting that framing search arguments is a weakness of mine . . .
In Rudi's Tips and Tricks for composing search arguments, he states that enclosing a phrase in double quotes will return posts containing only that exact phrase (at least that's what I understood him to mean); however I got the results pictured in the screen shot which says the statement about double quotes doesn't work.

Thanks for pointing this out. Yes, we did change the way search works, in August of 2020, to make it possible for shorter words.
We'll have to update the Tips and Tricks article.
That is correct. We gained the ability to search for shorter words, and lost the ability to search for a specific phrase. You win some, you lose some...
