Shortcut to users profile (someone else, not me)

Is there any easy way to access another user's profile? I know I can go into the members list and get to the profile there. I liked being able to click on the user's name within a thread to view their profile.

Click on the username. If the user has a user picture, you can also click on that.

It looks like this must vary with the skin, as Hans suggestion does not work for me.

Mine was from the subsilver2 skin, where the image and username are not active links.

BUT if you use FF and use the CoolPreviews add-on you get to view his profile without leaving the page. I am using Prosilver and I can mouse on his nick or photograph (avatar) and get the magnifying glass which I just hover over and it brings up another page....pretty clever plus eliminates carpal tunnel vision hehe
