i am facing to access this portal 2 to 3 times after refreshing the page ! i have also checked there is no issue with my internet!

I've seen that too a few times - apparently the shared server on which Eileen's Lounge runs is exceeding capacity once in a while.

That is a problem on our side, not on yours - apparently the server was overburdened for a while again.
