couldn't login, it wasn't just me!

I could not post or logout for a while, just now.
I was not shown as logged in below by “Users browsing this forum….”…but top right I was shown as logged in…
It would not let me log out ( https://imgur.com/uz0Ay2H" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; ) on the computer where i was trying to post, or log in as I tried on another computer...

It all started when I tried to post , I got this:-

Throughout this time, Hans was logged in and posted..
I think usually this particular problem occurs by me morning / midday usually ( German time )

I had this problem a few times, not often, just occaisionally. Usually it sorts itself out after about half an hour. I don’t need to change anything in the post text**: - When I get this problem, I just wait a bit, click the Submit button occasionally, and eventually it posts normally.
( **Changing what I am trying to post never effects this problem )
