But only for the next 152 minutes.

Just received today, August 29, 2022.

Not as much as Chris' … but still welcomed. Me thinks Chris might be a “hoarder” and as such, was able to prove ownership of more MS products than I. :hairout:

I elected to quote all of Chris' message … that way I did not have to spend 1.5 hours inserting all the smilies.

Hoarder, yes (Second Use For Everything), but my collection of MS CDs is related to my other endearing characteristic - paranoia.
From the early days I felt threatened by "things that go wrong with MS products", and so instituted a policy of making sure that I had a carved-in-stone version of the software on CD.
I did not (and still do not) like relying on a remote site to provide the software for ever, and always like to think that the Personal computer, the chunk of hardware that I purchase, belongs to Me and that it is under My control.

Congratulations on the $100. That reminds me, lunch is on you next time I am in Pickering, correct?
Cheers, Chris
P.S. just to stray on-topic, it hasn't been ten years since I splashed out $8.27 on your burger and fries, has it? C

Thank you, Bob, for not using the word "ordure", which has a bad odor here.
Cheers, Chris

Do I have it right - that a witty quick response took almost 18 months?

Well, yes.
But you must remember that Ron lives in Norway where it gets really cold.
