There are several ways, and I imagine you know some, and perhaps are asking for any tool in this forum.
Apart from screen-shots and tools in the OS or third party; save options in the browser, and the possibility to print to PDF, XPS etc. there is also web scraping tools.
So, should it be an image, text, text with live links etc? Some questions may help others to answer.
