Is it normal to get a page like this on clicking bookmark to open Lounge Portal page?

I wouldn't say it's normal, but I do get it on rare occasions, when the load speed of the web page was slow due to various factors. A simple refresh of the page reloads it properly again. If you are getting this load version often, then I'd suggest investigating your connection to the web or run a PC cleaner to clear out cookies and internet temp files. Other culprits could be too many pages open, memory issues or overly busy background processes or anti-virus scans.
PS: Maybe your PC is just tired from a full days work, being 00:53 and all...
