Have I Been Black-Balled?

Weirdness is happening on my laptop today. I did my usual login as BobH with the password copied from KeePass and was told that the username and password were not valid. I tried several times and hit the limit and was required to enter a capcha-like value from a phrase displayed. I still could not sign in; so I requested a password reset. I copied and pasted from the email and STILL could not login. I had to create a new email addy in order to create the entity 'RobertH.'

I swear that I did not change my password before all this started. is there a problem at your end?

Hi Bob, no problem that I'm aware of.

You may have to wait until another admin logs in - I am connecting through my mobile at the moment which limits my abilities somewhat!

Just a thought - it's not something stupid as I am wont to do, like Caps-Lock-ON etc.

I got the PM under the new member name. I logged out and tried to log in with BobH and the KeePass password. It didn't work.

Can you delete the BobH entity and let me try to set it up again?

I don't type passwords but copy and paste them from my password vault, but that sounds just like something I'd do.

I got the PM. I still cannot login with BobH. I get this error screen:

I was very careful in picking out the middle 6 characters and verified them twice.

I've since deleted cookies for Eileen's but still can't sign in.

Is it possible to delete the BobH membership and let me start over again?

I received the message to reactivate the BobH membership. I clicked on the link then logged out as Robert and tried to login as Bob and got this screen:
