Have you tried to click on the area your arrow is pointing at? I think you'll find the usual upload tab.

(You are using https; it's the same for me (after the first uploaded file, not just JPG). And I think you'll find the "small print" in all sub-forums. It is working.)

I have that problem with Chrome (using https://) and have learned to use the tab key to access the tabs and the links to add attachments. As Hans says though, if you switch to http:// it will not show in this way. I've never much used Firefox since the latest version came about, but I do note that Firefox Quantum (v57.0) does not have this issue that Chrome has in https:// mode.

The behavior using http:// is OK; that using https:// is inconsistent - sometimes it works OK, sometimes it doesn't, depending among other things on the browser.

I have just looked at my email notifications of threads I am subscribed to in Thunderbird portable, (I use Gmail). Some links are http some https as below.
-
http://www.eileenslounge.com/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=28441" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
-
https://www.eileenslounge.com/viewtopic ... 32&t=28421" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
-
http://www.eileenslounge.com/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=28393" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

When I posted this, my reply looked different after submitting it. This is what I tried to post.

The Lounge software sometimes shortens links to other Lounge pages. As you can see, the two http links were shortened, the https one wasn't.

And the way fonts are displayed is inconsistent in some browsers using https.

Interesting. I can't explain why it works on one but not the other - as I mentioned, the behavior is inconsistent.

After my last post above, (on my Desktop pc) I closed my main browser (Chrome) reopened it and used my Google homepage to find Eileen's Lounge. I then accessed the 'Board Index' accessed a few of the forums, mostly the ones I use. All pages were https:
I repeated this on FF portable, I got the same results. (my Laptop has its own version of FF portable).
When I did it with Internet Explorer, all pages were http:
I will now post this (on my Laptop) then rerun the checks I did on my above.
P.S. I got here by using the link from your post, it is http:
