Apologies for the Lounge being down

Post by HansV »

Eileen's Lounge was down for about two hours, from 11:56 to 13:54 UTC on October the 15th, due to a stupid mistake on my side.

I apologize for the inconvenience!
Best wishes,
Hans

Apology accepted but totally unnecessary, Mr. V!

We all appreciate what you do day in and day out.

Surely Hans must be allowed to log out in October as well.

100 % agree with BobH.
Thank you all for creating and running the lounge.

And there was I opposite 26 Duckworth Street yesterday around Noon, dreaming up a post whose subject ran along the lines of:-

Toronto visitor treated for Shock! Horror!! Outrage!!!

[sarcasm}Thanks a lot for stealing my thunder.[/sarcasm]

P.S. Google maps shows that we are still not property (sic) Hooked Up.

Rudi, you can always correct me. Pedantically or otherwise.
Whether or not i will pay any attention ....

Now, pal, how about it?
TWO timely coincidences on one trip. I took the photos about an hour apart. The selfie at 1030 St John's time, the other an hour later after reviewing the images over brunch.
Now I know that Hans is using noon time local to him, roughly, but Go Figure!

Cheers
Chris

I thought the problem was at my end, considering I couldn't recall the Lounge being down since 6 July 1189.
Just goes to show, it's been up far more often than it's ever been down!
And bravo to all the admins who keep it that way :clapping:

Yes, I realized that. And also before time immemorial, as far as my memory goes anyway.
