Attach a signature (signatures can be altered via the UCP)

The acronym UCP might confusauser, especially a new one.
Could we splurge some of next years electricity budget on storage and retrieval costs of longer text strings and expand "UCP" to "User Control Panel"?

It says "User Control Panel" at the top of my screen(s)

Thanks Hans, I quite understand and appreciate the problems with Excel Styles being additive yet non-commutative (grin!).
Perhaps a compromise would be in order.
Could we change the top of the screen to read "UCP" instead of "User Control Panel"?
That might effect a net savings in electricity which we could use to fund other changes.
