Contact list in Outlook

I have 147 contacts in Outlook for my Suppliers. After 30 years, I am retiring and need to share my contacts with my replacement. I have the Contact List structured as folders for all my suppliers as A, B, C, D etc. I tried right click on the Web Suppliers folder, copy and paste into an e-mail to my replacement. It didn't work. I tried Share my contacts which didn't work either. Short of having to create 147 new contacts, is there a way to copy/share with my replacement?
