Color Code for Meeting

Post by BOOBALAN.V »

Hi,

I have set the color codes for meetings in conditional format as follows "Accepted - green color, Declined - red color, Tentatively accepted - yellow color". It is working. But i would like differentiate the color for meetings which are organized by myself. But it is not working, even if i set the condition to organized by (i saved my email id in "organized by" field). It is showing as green color only. I can understand that it is basically meeting is accepted by me. But, is there any way to differentiate the color for meeting organized by me. It would be very helpful. Thank you for your support.

Have you tried using the Meeting Status field - besides Accepted etc. it has an option Meeting Organizer.

Thank you for your kind reply sir. Yes, i have tried that one. Still, it is showing as green color. I included my email id also in "organized by" (that screenshot i didn't attached as it is my company email id). Kindly check the screenshot attached.

Try moving the rule 'From me' up to the top.

Hi sir. Good morning. I have tried to move this condition top. Even i have deleted all other conditions also. It is not working. It is changing to default color blue. I think default rule is overriding (i.e., If i am organizing the meeting, it is equivalent to i accepted the meeting. isn't sir?). I am not sure. If any other solution please help me sir.

I'm sorry, I don't use Outlook very often. I simply don't know.

Hi sir, thank you for your kind reply. However, it is not working for me. I have created two conditions. One is for meeting accepted (Green colour) and one is for meetings which are organized by me (Yellow Colour). But it showing as green colour only instead of yellow colour. Kindly explain me how did you do this? thank you sir.

Can you please share a screenshot similar to the one I have posted. This should be fairly easy to configure.
