Font spontaneously changes

I was working in an Outlook contact this morning when the font in Outlook spontaneously changed. It is still Arial 10, but everything is indented about 2 inches from the left and it appears as though there is 5 to 6 pt spacing applied to the text, causing everything to be stretched out horizontally. In addition, there appears to be about 1.5 line spacing rather than single spacing.

What happened and how can I change it back? Trying to change these settings to 100% scale, Normal Spacing and Normal Position in Signatures and Stationary did not have any effect.

I just checked NormalEmail.dotm and it does not demonstrate the unwanted font and paragraph attributes.

I just found the culprit. Somehow the immersive reader was turned on.
