user and department rights assignment policy

dear all,

I would like to thanks that you replying me very quickly.

Please send me the polices of I.T that is which user should have which type of rigths in the domain controller.
For the normal user I now that USER GROUP.
Level - 1 ---- engineers in the I.T deptt. deput which type of power I should assine to him
senior desktop engineer ---- which type of rigths deligate to him
assistent system administrator ----- which user power should assine to him.

Sir Pls requested to you that tell me about it, keep under me at your guidence..

I don't think that there are any generic answers to this question. If you have a small number of completely trusted staff you may come up with a different decision to a large organization with a high rate of staff turnover.

In general you should give each user the minimum rights they need to carry out the role they have been assigned. That means that you have to start by defining all your job roles and assigning them to people. The definitions need to be in sufficient detail that you can then work out what rights people need to carry them out. Every organization is different, and what works for you will be different to what works for me.

Thanks sir,
