I am using Outlook to hold my TalkTalk emails and I have added a Gmail account to the display. This is working OK but it insists on displaying the messages in the Gmail Inbox by groups(?) based on how long ago the message arrived. I just want a list of emails sorted by date of receipt. How can this be achieved, please?

Activate the View tab of the ribbon.
In the Current View group, click View Settings.
Click Group By...
Clear the check box "Automatically group according to arrangement".
OK your way out.
