I've just been back through all my Firefox options. When I got down to extensions, I saw a recommendation to install FoxyProxy Standard. I run the Mozilla VPN. Would adding the proxy server extension do anything to improve security? Why would one run a proxy server AND a VPN? Is it likely to affect performance, ie, improve or slow it?

Re: FoxyProxy Standard
Using a proxy server as well as a VPN is unlikely to have much benefit, unless you want to be able to easily and quickly change the country that your web browser requests are coming from.

Thanks, Stuart!
That's what I thought. Glad to have it confirmed by an expert.
