Post by stuck »

Surely it's more of a light purple than pink?

What a beautiful portrait Ken (as always). It looks perfectly pink on my monitor.

Are you sure it wasn't the infamous lily beetle?

I suppose it could have been. We've had snails and slugs for years (I think we're on a migration route) but this is the first time our lilies have been so ravaged.

I've found that cheap beer in a shallow dish works wonders on snails and slugs . . . especially slugs.

"Copper Foil Tape (1inch X 66 FT X 2) with Conductive Adhesive for Guitar and EMI Shielding, Slug Repellent, Crafts, Electrical "

I'm sorry, Dave, but I can be so stupid at times.
Do the snails like the guitar music, or are they supposed to be repelled by it?
