Julia Child once said, "Save the cheese cloth". A few shows later she made it known why. This was a memorable moment.
Spoiler
She cut her finger and used the saved cheese cloth as a bandage

A running gag on (US) tv show with Julia & Jacques Pepin was the "impeccably clean" hands.
It got to be hysterical!
Grabbing something with ones hands (impeccably clean) hands.
