UVC Camera settings

After hours trying to get the camera to work, I find there was no default setting for the camera. The Default Settings page has 3 items:
Microsoft..Windows.Camera
“ “ “. Multipicker and
“ “ “ Picker
Do I need to click all 3?
Any caveats gratefully received.
