Windows 11 version 23H2 was offered to me today. I already had the "preview" version released in September, so installation took less than a minute.

I installed the preview on October 26th and the enablement package on November 1st. So far, all is well. I've not experimented with CoPilot yet. Microsoft's messaging about this particular release has been haphazard at best.
