Optional cumulative update previews

Is there any way to opt out of receiving these types of preview updates? I know I don't have to download and install them (or at least I assume I don't!) but I find them annoying. I've been downloading/installing them until recently, but believe that a recent one caused me some issues (now resolved). Presumably if left alone they will automatically disappear when the relevant non preview update arrives? I'm not involved in the Windows Insider Programme.

I don't think there is a way to opt out of the Preview updates - you'll just have to leave them alone, as you suggest.
