Resource and Performance Monitor

Hello, since upgrading to latest Win10 version, I am unable to get Resource and Performance Monitor to work.

I have Windows 10 20H2 and it starts normally, so it's not a problem with 20H2 per se.

So far no luck. I can open the Resource Monitor & the Performance Monitor separately.
The next part of your link suggests uninstalling last update for new Win10 version seems a bit over the top.
Laptop is running fairly well so will put up without it.
