New Lenovo W10 pc was set up in the shop for English language/Norwegian Keyboard and updated to the latest W10 software. However, when setting up, the operator entered his name in Windows (c): Users. I would like to change this to my'lady's' name as I have for the Start Up screen.
What is the simplest method and will any changes here cause any operational issues/access blocking whatever?
Thanks. Ron

The only reason we have the 4th dimension of Time is so that everything does not happen at once.

I suggest you create a new user account, then log in to that account and delete the old one
If you have any data stored in this users profile then take a copy first and restore it to the new user acccount

Thanks for reply, Stuart.
Does this involve setting up a new home screen with shortcuts, Windows settings including Personalisation, Default Apps etc?

Many of those things should already be set up as defaults, Ron, but you would need to set up some of them, yes.

Since I have already set up the pc with her Account Name, email address etc I think I will leave the Windows (c): User as-is.
I guess that this 'solution' is OK?
