Lunch time:
Large mixing bowl.
- A handful of purple cabbage, shredded in the shredder with A shake of ground black pepper.
- A handful of cold boiled rice (I make a batch, as in chick peas etc)
- A handful of boiled, cooled chick peas
- Half-a-handful of sultana raisins
1/4 cup bottled lemon juice + 1/4 cup vegetable oil, shaken violently in a screw-cap jar (I was thinking of someone at the time; I find that always helps me to mix oil and anything)
Dribble some of the dressing over the contents of the bowl.
Mix again and eat with a spoon.
