Insted to send with a code email to the user...(see last help about send eamil with attach...ecc)
Is possible to use a standard email (as template) just saved in Outlook drafts or in a dir of c:\...
Because i need to maintain a starndard look of my farm

You can create a template: see Create an e-mail template, or stationery: see Create stationery for messages (both are for Outlook 2003).

Instead of the CreateItem method, use the CreateItemFromTemplate method of the Outlook.Application object. See CreateItemFromTemplate Method.
