Visio Swimlane height

Post by kwvh »

I am trying to reduce the height of swimlanes in a Visio file, but am unable to make it as short as I need. There are no objects within the swimlane that are near the bottom, and I try to resize it to make it shorter and it keeps going back to the original, leaving a lot of space below the objects which is what I am trying to eliminate. New to Visio, so be easy on me. ;-)

TIA
Ken

A swimming pool would be less work I think. I had found the link you posted, but it was no help for 2010. I can't find the container ShapeSheet with the User.visMargins cell or option.

Still looking, and THANKS for your help.

FOUND IT! ! !
Sometimes Microsoft's help does provide usable info. You have to turn on the "Developer's" tab on the ribbon..

Thanks for your help!
