(Greetings after a long absence from here.)
In OneNote 2013, if you go to customise the ribbon, the dialog box refers to a Pages tab. I see no Pages tab, and checking or unchecking the box for it seems to make no difference at all.
What's that about?

It looks like the Pages Tab is a contextual tab that is available when you are creating "Quick Notes".
