I am, of course, fascinated more by the statement that contains in part "... in a 1.6 kilometre square area ...".
Up here in the Frozen North we are metric, so we are not allowed to say "yards" or "miles" in print.
Gotta be in metres (not those yankee meters!) and kilometres.
But the safety guidelines are still in imperial measure ...
