I have been doing some beer testing too.

I took part in that testing. Last night , I was given the Warsteiner Winter Bier testing treatment.
I only noticed temporary mild side effects of light dizziness.

( Based on my experience, I would probably make the recommendation not to drive for about 12 hours after having this treatment. That’s probably less useful advise currently, due to the necessary travel restrictions, but hopefully later we are able to take such treatment again in larger groups.

No coordination here; had a sample yesterday, but since it's a new day, I guess I'll have to be careful and have another one.

Well, one of the effects of having the coronavirus is losing your sense of taste. So having a mouthful of beer frequently throughout the day will help determine if you've caught it.

If you are in the habit of drinking beer, then you didn't have any taste to begin with.

Now a Deep Woods Estate Rosé 2017 is classy. And NO beetroot juice is used in its manufacture.

One has to be careful with the test methods, Geoff, to avoid false positive results, i.e. some taste nothing.

In the case of dispute about the comparative quality of the wine, one can substitute chocolates, especially this time of year.

The use of either wine or chocolates may have avoided this situation, overheard in an office.

"I'm sorry about the smell, that's hand sanitizer".
"That's ok, I can't smell anything anyway".

It's probably best to carry out beer testing on a regular basis, just to check to see if you have not lost your sense of taste! :)

And if you have caught it, frequent testing throughout your quarantine will help determine if you're over it.
