So, how many years bad-luck?

I decided to tidy up my kitchen on this rain-day. Made nine bottles of zucchini/onion/tomato/fish stew, three bottles of ginger beer, and then decided to empty the corner cupboard and pull out the last chunk of copper-pipe that fed oil into the oil-stove.
An accidental nudge here, a domino effect here, and a clash of what I took to be cymbals right in the middle of the Italian news podcast from Sydney.

So now there is even more tidying up in the kitchen, and the brush and dustpan are on the other side of that door.

Maybe it's time to go back to bed with a good book ...

"The Mirror Crack'd" by Agatha Christie would appear to be apposite here.
