Well, at least they cancelled the fine and apologized. Some authorities would maintain to the bitter end that they had only done what's right, because 'rules are rules'.

I'm just wonder how the 5 year old girl is feeling about 4 heavy duty official gorillas frighten the living daylights out of her. Any consequences for those responsible ? I'd be surprised if there will be.
