Also called Prairie Oyster in parts of the GreatWhiteNorth. (Aside from that term also being used as a concoction for treating a hangover the morning after)

Most animals in the stock yard are either a cow or a steer, as most "Bulls" are NOT sent there.
So there should NOT be any "mountain oysters" available for them dogs.
