I think it is a rather euphemistic reference to a torture device. Those pliers look like they would do a passable job of pulling our fingernails and the cutter and screwdriver are included just in case. :hairout:

We've got 5 manicure boutiques in our shopping center, doing I roaring trade. I think I'll open a hardware shop between two of them :yep:
