When did McDonalds stop sponsoring the Taronga Zoo gorillas?

In 2004 there was a McDonalds' "Gorilla Forest" at the Taronga Zoo in Sydney, but I can't find any reference to it now.

Does anyone know when the sponsorship ceased, and, even, why?

Well, from the looks of the plant growth, it ceased a long time ago! :innocent:

It moved to Claude's garden in order to feel more at home with the other denizens there.

It is now Hungy Jacks that sponsors it. I think it was in 2007 that the switch was made. If you want to see them, best time is 3:00pm when they are being fed.

I just looked for them in my backyard BobH, they appear to have moved on.
Cheers, Claude.

Thanks, Claude - no 'Hungry Jacks' for us in the UK (as far as I am aware)...
